Commissioning

 

Commisioning is necessary to ensure that machinery is installed correctly and meets the required standard or specification. We play an important role in this process, as can be seen in the following example.

During commissioning at Auckland's Sky City building, out of 165 machines we tested, 40% did not initially meet the stated specification (some had already developed secondary problems after only a few weeks running).

All of these machines were brought to an acceptable level after first being diagnosed and then corrected, before being accepted by the client.

Always ask for a vibration Footprint whenever you have new machinery installed.
