Seismic Monitoring

We can carry out continuous monitoring at multiple locations simultaneously and produce reports to any given standard. (ie. includes AS 2187, DIN4150, NZS 4403 and NZS/ISO 2631).
Typical measurements would be from sources such as blasting, compaction, piling or traffic (road and rail) induced vibration.
Examples include; monitoring the blasting on the Mercury Energy Tunnel and related vibration in certain buildings in Auckland City, adjacent properties during quarry blasting, Auckland’s old CPO and adjacent buildings during demolition of the adjoining annex.

 

We can also supply seismographs on rental to clients who have the technical ability to carry out their own monitoring programs.
